Yes, absolutely! Select Store Pickup during checkout and choose your pick up location. We have locations in Geneva, Naperville, and our warehouse is located in St. Charles. Pick up orders are fulfilled and transferred from our warehouse location. We will alert you when your order is ready for pickup.

We offer certain items for sale on our website before we receive it. Those items are marked as PRE-ORDER in the name and description with an estimated date of arrival. **All PRE-ORDER items are final sale and cannot be returned.**

Yes! Choose the gift wrap option at checkout and we will wrap your order and include a handwritten note inside the package.

We are not able to load all of our shop inventory on our website. If you see something on our social media pages that you like, email us and we can send you an invoice to order!

If an item is sold out, please visit the product's page and enter your email in the box that says "Email me when product becomes available". Then you will automatically get notified when the item is back in stock.
