In-Store Purchases

Returns are accepted with 15 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.

Returns made between 16-30 days are eligible for store credit only. 

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Online pickup orders are treated as in-store purchases and follow the same return guidelines.

Furniture and specialty items are final sale.

 

Online Shipping Orders

Online orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@littlebarnbaby.com with your order number.

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and meet the condition requirements listed above.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Online returns and exchanges are not acceptable after 15 days.

Online Exchanges

Online exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will send an invoice for reshipping and any price difference. 

If an incorrect or defective item was received, shipping costs will be covered.

Because our collections are curated in limited quantities, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package all orders prior to shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@littlebarnbaby.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. 

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement (when available) or issue a refund to the original form of payment.

 

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Clearance merchandise 
• Holiday merchandise after the holiday has passed
• Pre-order items
• Furniture
• Purchases made duing designated promotional events.

 

Little Barn Baby reserves the right to limit or decline returns that do not meet the above guidlines.
